Document your current team and determine what’s working and what isn’t.
Identify the key players you need on your team to take your business to the next level.
Step 2: Create the plan.
I get to work crafting a strategy that will serve as your roadmap to success. You’ll get a working document for hiring your team that includes:

Key responsibilities that are relevant to each job title and customized to your business.
A list of preferred qualifications that will catch the eye of high-performing freelancers.
Step 3: Refine the strategy.
We’ll hop on a 60-minute follow-up call to fine-tune your strategy and further develop any areas that need refinement.
